Automate Review Requests: Quick guide
The reviews feature automatically sends Review Request emails within a specified number of days OR perfect time after purchase based on our data analysis. The period can be set up from the Review emails section.

Getting started
Review Request emails are sent, if:
- order status is fulfilled and paid (it is shown and can be set up in your Shopify admin panel)
- customer is subscribed to the newsletter and receives all marketing emails
- order was made through Shopify and its channels
- customer has not left a review for a specific order or product
In the email section of Review Reguest, the shop owners can easily edit the main parameters of their review request, such as email language, banner image, subject, title, body, button, and content.
In the Notifications section of Reviews, you can send three review request emails in general. Optionally, you can enable/disable the sending of all email reminders and set the notification period between them. The campaign stops sending reminders as soon as customers leave a review.
Please note that the changes made in one template will affect all the rest.
What kind of email will customers receive?
But the review will not be published right away, customers will be redirected to your site to approve the action.
Another important note to mention, in the General Settings of the Admin Panel you can set which email address the review request will be sent from:
Don't forget to verify your email address, you will find the verification letter in your mailbox.
Is it possible to exclude some customers from receiving review request emails?
As soon as you add the tag, let us know, we will check and customize the settings from our end just to make sure that the user has been excluded.
Is it possible to exclude some products from sending the review request emails?
Moreover, you will need to add the same tag in the Shopify Dashboard → Products → **Choose the same product you want to exclude** → Tags:
What if the order was placed through Shopify POS?
